“rental unit,” a unit to rent or rent to a tenant; 45.2 (1) A person may make a statement confirming a tenant`s authorization to terminate a temporary rent under Section 45.1 (Tenant Notification: Domestic Violence or Long-Term Care) only if the person (k) has prescribed leases, rental units or real estate. 60 (1) If this Act does not contain a date on which a dispute settlement application is to be made, it must be made within two years of the date on which the tenancy agreement on which the matter relates ends or is awarded. A tenant must comply with appropriate health, cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the rental unit and other real estate to which the tenant has access. 2. A tenant has the right to terminate a fixed-term lease under this section if a statement is made pursuant to Section 45.2 [Confirmation of Eligibility] confirming one of the following provisions: (5) A lessor`s obligations covered in paragraph 1, (a) apply regardless of whether or not a tenant was aware of a lessor`s offence in this subsection at the time the tenancy agreement was concluded. 6 (1) The rights, obligations and prohibitions provided for by this act apply between the lessor and the tenant under a tenancy agreement.
